I love all kinds of salads and my favorites are the ones I call "green salads with a twist" :)
125 gr of mixed salad greens (Romaine, iceberg, rucola, oakleaf, baby spinach, butterhead, loose leaf etc)
2-3 big portobello mushrooms
dressing: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt
Slice, cut and dice your veggies and toss everything together. Delicious with fresh country bread.
