I created this layout for the June 1st challenge at Once Upon A ...Sketch.
The journaling has to be about a female who is naturally also the subject of your layout. I made a page about Valentina and about the knack for fashion she's had ever since she was a little girl.
I mean who else could look that good with a pair of red rimmed plastic sunglasses?
After I had finished, I noticed that I had practically used the same color combo than this week's CCG. It wasn't intentional but I guess I was inspired:)
I layered strips of paper, did some bubble wrap painting, machine stitching and stamping and added the gorgeous Heidi Swapp acrylic butterfly. And finished everything with a few splatters of black paint.
